Hi there, my name’s Gav & welcome to my blog.
Now I’m not sure why, but I’ve been an electric vehicle nut for well over a decade. I wish I could put my finger on the reason why. That way I could seek counseling or find a cure for this obsession. As a result of my obsessive compulsive desire to see more electric cars on the road, I’ve even converted my own car to run on electricity a couple of years ago.

It takes the very doable but very confusing task of converting a car to electricity and breaks it down into plain simple English with bucketloads of examples and a set of video tutorials. I reckon it’s pretty darn good (obviously).
It seems I’m not alone in my electric vehicle obsession either. The “EV crowd” seems to be growing every time I browse through YouTube, and with the major auto makers only a few decades away from mass production, we may be driving factory built EVs before we colonize Mars. Though at this stage it’s a close race.
Yes, there was a hint of sarcasm there. Truth be told, I’m rather wary of the major auto makers and their promises – but I love being proven wrong in this area so Toyota, Citroën, Chevrolet & all the others – please prove me wrong! Until that happens, I’ll be writing about it.
